Following commitment by all parties to the project, materials and fittings will be purchased and the production of your piece will begin. Your chosen project will be crafted by hand, using traditional tools, machines and techniques, and will be an item you treasure. A confirmed delivery date will be given when the build is advanced enough for accuracy to be assured. The remaining 50% of the agreed payment is payable on delivery of the finished piece.
